I acknowledge that an automobile salvage yard, such as Cash N Carry Pull Your Part, presents certain risks to me and my agents, and that entering the premises and/or removing automobile parts is inherently dangerous.

In consideration of being allowed to enter Cash N Carry Pull Your Part and remove parts at relatively low prices, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cash N Carry Pull Your Part, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, death, costs, and causes of action arising out of or related to my presence on the premises, my removal of automobile parts, or the actions of my agents.

I agree not to enter the premises of Cash N Carry Pull Your Part if I am under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair my judgment, coordination, or ability to safely move through the salvage yard.

This release is binding upon me, my heirs, agents, next of kin, executors, administrators, and legal representatives. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

By executing this release, I agree to pay the required entry fee and confirm that I have read and understand this agreement, that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, of sound mind, and that I am signing voluntarily without any undue influence, pressure, or coercion by Cash N Carry Pull Your Part or its agents.

I further agree to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and regulations of Cash N Carry Pull Your Part during my visit.

All minors under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
