Cash-N-Carry Pull Your Part is now accepting applications for a full-time Bilingual Auto Parts Counter Sales Representative.
This position is a good fit for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, basic automotive parts knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced retail or sales environment. Applicants who have prior retail sales experience and can speak both English and Spanish will be strongly considered.
About the Role
As a Counter Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers at the counter, help with auto parts sales, answer calls, handle transactions, and support daily customer service operations.
This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to help customers and team members in a busy, in-person work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Selling auto parts that have been pulled by customers
- Helping customers and team members in a professional manner
- Maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Checking items customers bring to the counter
- Inspecting customer toolboxes at exit to help deter theft
- Greeting and thanking everyone who comes through the door
- Answering calls in a professional manner
- Supporting a helpful and customer-focused counter experience
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of automotive parts
- English and Spanish fluency
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- At least 1 year of auto parts experience
- Availability to work weekends as needed

- General knowledge of auto parts
- Ability to identify most car parts and understand their function
- Basic Windows computer skills
- Prior counter sales or automotive retail experience
